Corona Beer vs. corona virus?

The corona virus is now spreading around the world. However, this "trend" is negatively affecting. Even people are increasingly googling the term "Corona beer virus." This has resulted in the creation of many internet jokes.

Corona's marketing team has a difficult task at the moment. Because of the corona virus epidemic, people often associate the disease with this Mexican beer.

According to Google Trends, searches for the term "beer coronavirus" increased by 3233%. The term "beer virus" saw an increase of more than 700%.

Thanks to the popularity of these keywords, a huge number of funny images are created on the Internet.

Despite this trend, Corona is not panicking. A director of Corona's owner, Constellation Brands, states:

"We believe our consumers know the difference between a beer and a virus."

So far, the Mexican brand does not plan to take any special measures.
